“How might we boost the employee experience in the digital workplace?”
The ABN AMRO team responsible for increasing the employee experience in the digital workplace is ready to refocus its activities. They’ve successfully implemented a combination of real-time monitoring, automation, and employee feedback, to improve employees’ working experiences. In several online sessions and a hybrid working session at On the Morro, we’ve co-created a new strategy outline to help them shift focus and change gears to being able to live up to the growing demand for their services.
