Working together in the new reality

“What does the future of healthcare, academic research and medical training look like, and what consequences does that have for the organization?”

 One of the merging departments of specialists from Amsterdam UMC asked us to open a conversation with the team in several meetings about the future of highly complex patient care, academic research and medical training divided over two locations. The outcome of these discussions was presented as a strategy and plan to the Executive Board.

Building on the knowledge and expertise of the team about the future of care, they considered new future scenarios. This resulted in a logical design of the organization and division of roles. 

After a few months, On the Morro facilitated conversations to specify plans to actions and to give space to address specific concerns and annoyances in working together.
