We’ve designed a number of training courses for the ProRail Innovation Academy to connect colleagues from different places in the organization, to share knowledge and to offer clear guidance with methodology and tools to accelerate innovation. The first of the series is the ‘Innovation Fundamentals’ training, which Yvette Pasman facilitates in collaboration with the experts from the ProRail innovation team in order to be able have them run the trainings themselves going forward.
